CNA resources
With great pride and enthusiasm, the Front Range Nurse Aide Training Program made a substantial financial investment back into our program during the fall of 2009 in order to improve even further our ability to provide high quality training for nurse aides. This included our recent move into a newer, much nicer and much larger dedicated training facility located in North Colorado Springs near the Chapel Hills Mall. This new training facility has three fully equipped skills-labs plus many other improvements that will greatly enhance the learning experience and complement the Colorado State Board of Nursing's objective of improving the quality of nurse aide training in the State of Colorado. However, we are proud to announce that our Option A tuition rate and small class sizes remain unchanged to maximize the student-to-instructor ratio!

FRNATP AND "FIGHTING CHANCE FOR WOMEN!" HOST ANOTHER NURSE & NURSE AIDE SELF PROTECTION SEMINAR ON SATURDAY MAY 15
In collaboration with "Fighting Chance for Women", the FRNATP hosted a 3-hour self protection seminar on the evening of May 15th that was specifically designed for nurses and nurse aides. Taught by a team of retired female law enforcement professionals from the El Paso County Sheriffs Office, this phenomenal seminar teaches awareness skills for getting "to and from work" plus a few basic "moves" to break a bad-guys grip during an actual assault. Contact the FRNATP (admin@nursenancy.org) or Fighting Chance for Women (719-649-6111) for more information!
