Attendance

DEFERMENT: Should an enrolled STUDENT determine that they will not be able to complete their enrolled PROGRAM course, than the STUDENT may request in writing that a deferment to a future PROGRAM course be granted by the Administrator of NURSE NANCY LLC. However, no deferments shall be granted unless the STUDENT’S TOTAL PROGRAM COST has been paid in full (100%), regardless of the payment option initially selected. Any deferment request by a STUDENT extinguishes any and all rights to any refunds, regardless of the payment option initially selected. Finally, a $50 deferment fee will be required to cover necessary administrative amendments by NURSE NANCY LLC. Only 01 deferment per student is permitted.

ATTENDANCE: "This is Not High School"; attendance is expected, closely tracked, reported to the Board of Nursing, AND, contributes to each student’s final program score. Each student begins each course with a certain number of points for attendance. Any late arrival to class that exceeds 1/2 hour shall be counted as absent to the nearest 0.25 day. One “no call/no show” absence results in a major loss of attendance points and a second “no call/no show” absence results in expulsion from the program. No more than 01 classroom training session can be missed and “no absences may occur during Day 1 or during the clinical training session”. Students must also notify the instructor in advance of an anticipated absence. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons, voting or jury duty if proof is provided.

WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS: Should any enrolled STUDENT decide that they want to withdraw completely from the FRNATP, than NURSE NANCY LLC must be notified in writing by the STUDENT. Full 100% refund of the TOTAL PROGRAM COST amount paid by the enrolled student will ONLY be granted for withdrawals made at least 7 days prior to the start of the PROGRAM course (1st day of class). Should any student withdrawal be requested or made within the 7 day window just prior to the start date of their enrolled PROGRAM course, then the TOTAL PROGRAM COST amount paid by the enrolled student shall be refunded, less 50% of the Program Administration Fee ($187.50 PERMANENTLY RETAINED by NURSE NANCY LLC.). Should an enrolled OPTION A STUDENT decide that they want to drop or withdraw completely from the FRNATP within the first two calendar days of their enrolled PROGRAM course, than the TOTAL PROGRAM COST amount paid by the enrolled student shall be refunded, less 100% of the Program Administration Fee. NO REFUNDS shall be granted after this period.

OPTION B STUDENTS are not eligible for any refunds after their enrolled course has started (FIRST calender day of the class).
