THE FRONT RANGE NURSE AIDE TRAINING PROGRAMS
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS
The FRONT RANGE NURSE AIDE TRAINING PROGRAM requires that all background checks be performed by AMERICAN DATABANK GROUP based in Denver, Colorado. The process is simple and done entirely "on-line" by clicking on the link provided below. Applicants may also contact AMERICAN DATABANK at 303-573-1130 or 1-800-200-0853 and ask to speak with Karen Garcia, Customer Care Specialist. Make certain you inform her that you need your background check for the FRONT RANGE NURSE AIDE TRAINING PROGRAM in Colorado Springs!
The Colorado State Board of Nursing has mandated that all student nurse aides must have a criminal background check ran prior to any interaction with actual patients/residents during the clinical phase of our training program. This applies to ALL approved nurse aide training programs in the State of Colorado! Although you may start our program without one, it MUST be completed before we can allow you to participate in the clinical phase of our training. For this to happen, the background check must be requested "by you" during the application process or within the first 3 days of the course! If your background check confirms a felony or misdemeanor conviction for certain crimes, than you will NOT be allowed to complete the course and NO REFUNDS will be granted.
SPONSORED STUDENTS: The Front Range Nurse Aide Training Program will coordinate all background checks for our sponsored students (Option C only). Please contact us directly for more information.

You will receive your background check results at the same time we receive them. We will only contact you if your background check indicates a potential problem. If you do not hear from us within a day or two of receiving your results, then you should assume your background check has been reviewed and approved.
