Working together with "Nurse Nancy", Niccole Todd is a Primary Instructor for the evening course of the Front Range Nurse Aide Training Program.

"Nicci" is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with nine years of experience in long term care and geriatric home health care. Nicci holds an active LPN license in Colorado and is in good standing with the Colorado State Board of Nursing. She is currently working towards her RN degree as well as a degree in Health Care Administration.

In addition to being an instructor for the Front Range Nurse Aide Training Program, Nicci also owns and operates her own private nursing firm here in Colorado Springs (AJ's Nursing Care LLC) that specializes in providing home health care to seniors who are unable to qualify for medical assistance through their insurance programs.

In addition to her long term care and home health care experience, Nicci also has experience in many different settings including emergency room (ER), pediatrics, intensive care, labor and delivery, oncology (cancer wing), mental retardation (DMR), and in the operating room (OR).

She brings this experience and understanding into the learning process by teaching nurse aide students what caring for “real” patients is actually like. This helps to ensure success on the road to becoming professional CNAs who are active contributing members of the medical teams.
